View Full Version : I think Something's Wrong With My Sega Saturn Lightgun!!!

Well when I play Virtua Cop, I shoot at the screen and nothing happens. It flashes white for less than a split second but nothing happens. The game won't start. And when I do start the game with the regular control pad, it won't kill the dude in the game. Is something wrong with the lightgun? If so, is it fixable and/or should I just return it? I'd appreciate any help.

What brand of gun? What Kind of TV? (Tube/LCD, etc)

It's a Stunner Gun the orange one and I have it hooked up to a tube TV.

Make sure the end of the gun lens is clean. Then check the cord for damage. If it's fully inserted, and still does not work, it's likely broken.
-EDIT- Appranetly MagicMagenta failed to notice the button labelled 'Start' on the controller.
Lesson to be learned here is to look at your controller.
