I auctioned out a Pippin two months ago. I agreed with the buyer to split the cost for two weeks. He paid the first half but he hasn't paid the rest. It's two months ago and he has answered once and said he shall pay soon. And yes, I have sent the Pippin and we have given each other positive feedback. (Yes, I'm a to honest dumb ass) I am very embaressed to write this but I really want some tips how to handle this. What legal rights do I have. FBI??? I am from Sweden and he's from US. I shall try to get his phonenumber and call him. Otherwise, any hint is welcome.

His e-bay id:
res0hqi@verizon.net

His adress:

Anyone had business with him?

Thanks for your time!

I've done business with him but never as a BUYER. He's been very reliable as a SELLER. I'm also going to see him on Saturday at CGE! So if you haven't resolved this by that time, email me and I'll have a little chat with him to see what's up.

I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today..

I'f it's over, what, $200? You can get the police on him or something i think.. If you can prove he didn't pay and he can't prove that he did.

These guys are making new games for CDi, which lends some legitimacy to them... Not to mention that they're planning to release 4 new games at CGExpo, which is only a little more than a week away now -- he's probably just been extremely busy.

But other than that, I can't personally vouch for them, as I ordered their first game through Good Deal Games, not directly. I assume that GDG hasn't had issues?
