Movie player for GBA?

Does anyone purchased and tested the Movie player for the GBA?
It is supposed to accept SD cards and therefore accept 1GByte cards
that can carry easily a compressed movie.

Does it work for real? Does it accept console roms as well?

I use the Movie Player v2. It takes roms, NES and GB. I don't use the movie capabilites but have tried it before. I use it mostly to listen to music.
