I found it today, purchased it for $10, couldn't believe my eyes, I see it's only an r3 and worth $13 complete in the rarity guide. I'd like to know how much were produced and how many other sealed copies possibly exist. Also, should I sell this now to make a quick buck or hold on to this for long term.

Game companies RARELY give out production numbers. Your best bet on a value is to check where you're looking to sell it. Check eBay to see how many complete copies come up and what they go for. See if anyones interested here or on other game forums. You can always put it up, and ask for offers, see what you get and if theres a price you like, then go for it.
Dont expect it to be a goldmine, its slighty uncommon, not ZOMG R@R3.
