Neo Geo cab help request

1. I've got hookups
2. Through those hookups, I may be able to acquire a Neo Geo arcade cab, in working order, with some games, for free. Zero dollars and zero cents. But I need you guys' help.

I was talking to a friend of the family who buys and rents out arcade cabinets as his job. I was joking around with him, always saying "you're gonna hook me up with a sweet arcade cab when I finish my room of doom, right?" and he always goes "yep, yep, just gotta tell me what ya want. I'll take care of ya."
Well, I brought up Neo Geo cabs because they seem pretty awesome to me, even though I don't know too much about them, and he goes "I think I've got a neogeo cabinet lying around somewheres...19 inch monitor...you can have it, if ya want. Just gotta tell me which games you might be interested in."

Well, I was ecstatic because I knew he was serious, but I dunno which games would be good, or even what ones are available! I need suggestions, DP, and I might score myself a cab. Good Neo Geo arcade games are requested!

heres a short list because i dont have much time:
any king of fighters game
any metal slug (some people say except MS 4, i personally liked it)
any samurai shodown
magical drop 2 and 3
aerofighters 2 and 3
shock troopers 1 or 2
baseball stars 1 or 2
etc... etc.. etc.. there are very few neo games that arent worth owning for atleast some fun factor..
dont get:
legend of ashita no joe
riding hero
king of the monsters 2
burning fight (unless you love really bland beat em ups)
and i cant think of anymore at this moment..

If nothing else, get the cabinet -- MVS games can be picked up inexpensively on eBay (or our own buying and selling forum!)

I just got my cab, not for free though. It's very cool and easy to work on, once you know what to do. It's worth getting.

There's a lot of knowledgable folks here. They are a lot of help. Mind you that's what DP is all about.
