Under Defeat - another new Dreamcast game in 2006!

Under Defeat has recently been announced for Dreamcast for release on 23rd March! This is another new game for the Dreamcast, and makes 2 official releases early in the year for the system. It is a shooter by G.Rev and will be released in both normal editions and a special edition including soundtrack CD.

Between this and Milestone's next Dreamcast game, it looks like 2006 will be a good year for fans of quality Dreamcast software :) (Please god, don't let Triangle Service develop anything for the DC in 2006)

Dude, lay off Trizeal, that game was sweet.

Nevertheless I'm looking forward to checking this one out. It looks really good from the screenshots, and I do lurve new Dreamcast shooters.

If it's like the other DC shooters that have come out in Japan, you'll probably need a boot disc for use on a US Dreamcast.

Yes, Japan/Asia only (US w/adaptor). It seems to be an official release.

I just realized something...

It's kinda depressing were talking about new DC games, in the classics section. Now before you all jump at me, I know it's been a 'dead' system forever now.... But it's kinda depressing that this console was considered classic before it was even officially dead. Sorry, just venting.

But I'll definately get it. I love me some 2-D shooter goodness. Dreamcast and Saturn seem to have them in droves :-P

Thats the regular edition. The limited edition has a white cover.

And yes, a boot disc will enable you to play imports.

Just tried out a burn I made of it just to see if I liked it. Wow this is an intense shooter! I love the graphics and music- fav graphical effect is that of the black smoke after enemies explode, etc.
