WTB - Sega Saturn capable of playing JP games

I know next to nothing about Saturn (pc engine is my drug of choice), but I do have a Japanese Saturn game I'm wanting to play. I'm confused as to what my options are so any help in that matter would be appreciated as well. I have excellent Ebay feedback and would prefer to pay by Paypal if possible. Thanks!

There are numerous carts that plug in the Saturn's cartridge slot that will let you play import Saturn games...they shouldn't set you back too much either.
