are all ps1 Medievil II games missing NTSC/slus on spine?

are all of the ps1 Medievil II games missing the NTSC designation and SLUS number on their spine or was this corrected at some point?

Nope, my copy doesn't have it either.

yeah, my mistake on the title. mines an 'SCUS' code, visible on the front of the manual.
