Information about Zaccaria, help me!!

Hi everybody, recently i play a game in MAME called Jack Rabbit or something like that and see that the company is Zaccaria. I don´t know nothing about this company, if anybody can help me with info, pics, company log or an url it will be great!, thanks to everybody

I don't know anything about that company, but have you ever noticed how similar the characters in that game are to the Disney characters Brer Rabbit, Brer Bear, and Brer Fox? I have a theory that the game was originally intended to be caled Brer Rabbit instead of Jack Rabbit, but was changed for legal reasons. I wish I could find some info to back my theory, otherwise it's just speculation.
