Needed info on Correct Button Presses for GAME Action Replay

I just need to know the correct button sequence to bring up the blue screen etc..
And anything else..

I tested it tonight with 2 Nintendo Carts..(took many pictures)..Ice Hockey and Ninja Gaiden II.

I didn't know how to use it so I put in Ninja Gaiden II. ..It's a certain push of all the buttons(?need specific info) on the controller but I got it to go into this screen several times..Save and reload a screen I had passed and saved.
