Wow, what an appalling dick. I hope eBay doesn't yank your feedback because of the URL listed in it.

So, when will you tell everyone you got your money back? Or are you not even going to bother doing that?

I got my refund in the mail today.

When are you going to provide the tracking number that you claim you have that proves you sent him his item?
I won't expect a response.

Apparently someone was unhappy with his treatment of you as well.

Cue, either that thread was deleted or I am locked out from reading it.

And how was this payment sent? As of yesterday there was nothing in the mail and certainly nothing on my paypal account.
If I am supposedly ripping you off and have received the item, where is the tracking number? And if you can so easily prove I got the item by supplying this, why on earth would you send me a payment?

How do you explain this feedback?
"Stole the item, claims it never arrived, tracking says otherwise. Outright Thief" Seller siliconvalleyliquidators If tracking says item delivered, why give refund? You don't owe the man anything.
I'll tell you why. Because you LIED in the feedback. You LIED in this forum. And you LIED to the buyer. To quote John Wayne, "You are a good-for-nothin' lyin' yellow-bellied Texas bushpopper."
I & I'm sure many others added you to their blocked Bidder/Seller list.

Hmm... let's see. Rbudrick's feedback is 190 + and 1 - from your sleazy ass and yours is 14+ and 4 - and I'm sure this is just your latest attempt at selling on ebay and have left a sordid past behind you.
Hmm... who should I believe? Hey Ass-embler, you're toilet scum.
Well Rob, at least you didn't get screwed out of $200+ like the latest feedback Ass-embler received claims. He bought in early November and claims never to receive replies to e-mails and never received it. I wonder how long it will be till that buyer gets retaliatory feedback.

Hey Folks,
When I got home last night I did indeed get a letter in the mail from Assembler with a postal money order for $65. I cashed it today.
Now Assembler, I'd still love to see this tracking number you had for my item.

Alright, I amend my statement. He is no longer toilet scum, he is pond scum.

To repeat. If tracking says item delivered-- why did Assembler give you refund? I wouldn't give a refund (nor paypal) w/ proof of delivery.
EDIT- ya know. We better be careful. Assembler might sue us for slander. "Sued for $6,000 over feedback left on Ebay" LINK: http://forums.ebay.com/db2/thread.jspa?threadID=1000184809&start=320

Legally, it is not slander if it is true, so this could hardly be any worry.

Yeah, I do. What was the tracking number for rbudrick's package which you claimed having in the feedback you left for him and why do you keep ignoring us when we ask you for it?

Assembler, I take it you are still reading this. So, your request for a mutual eBay feedback withdrawal is fine by me if you apologize and admit you lied.

Bump.
If you look at the auction now, he not only had to change his name to hide his identity, he's NARU'd anyway.

I'd avoid dealing on his site at all costs. Not just because of him, but the way the buy/sell/trade forums are run.

You mean on a save way?
