Anyone heard from Chronodriftersx lately? I paid him for some stuff he was selling a week and a half ago and haven't heard from since. He hasn't responded to any of my PM's either.
I'm getting really fed up with all the laid-back sellers here lately. This is the third time in as many months that I've had to publicly post inquiring the whereabouts of a seller who I've bought something from. If you going to sell in the forums, at least attempt to stay in touch with your fucking buyers.

I'm sorry you didn't recieve the package earlier, I've sent you a refund. I don't think its so unreasonable to not expect shipping untill New Years when you keep someone waiting and don't send payment untill after Christmas when it was expected earlier. Also besides your latest, here's the last message I got from you
So sorry for the late reply, I've been busy all week with family stuff and totally forgot about it.
Remember you'd been keeping me waiting, I'm not the one who was forgetting about our transaction. I've sent your $ back to you because the record says different than you. I didn't get a paypal payment from you untill Tue Dec 26 AND THAT'S 7 DAYS AGO most all of which has been weekends and holidays. The Post office was closed yesterday and the day before as well as the day after Christmas. And I was gone for a few days afterwards. I was going to send it today however I've sent a refund in light of of this.
You'd pay "right away" is what you told me when you asked for my address some days before Christmas. I'd figured I'd be shipping to you before Christmas, I sent you tons of pms but payment never came untill far later than I'd made arrangements for shipping untill after new year. Maybe one of us had a full in box or something but whatever its all very trivial and I've issued a full refund. Oh and its really only 9PM on the third as I type this.

I'm getting really fed up with people starting "Paging..." threads after not hearing from the person for a week to ten days. This makes ChronoDrifter look like a bad seller, when in fact he has done nothing wrong. You paid him a week ago and you are already publicly calling him out as a bad seller? Normally waiting a week to ship would be a bit slow, but jesus man the holiday season just ended. If you wanted your package sooner, you should have paid him sooner! It's OK for you to make him wait, but not vice versa?
Poor form, my friend. I'm afraid that you may have succeeded in making yourself look like a bit of a bad buyer.

Keeping YOU waiting??? Don't even act like I'm the bad guy here. You only waited 3 DAYS for me to pay you (I sent it late Christmas night, so yes, technically I did send it on the 26th) I had to wait A LOT longer than that for you to give me all the info on the item you were selling before we finalized the deal.
And it's not the delay in shipping I'm mad about (obviously there is going to be a delay for the holidays), it's the fact you DIDN'T BOTHER TO RESPOND to any of my emails after I paid you. A simple "Payment received" or "Gone for a few days, will ship when I get back" would have done but I didn't even get that. If you were out of town, I'd understand but what am I supposed to expect when I don't get any response from you in over a week? And I know you read at least 1 of my PMs during this time since there was one to you in my Sent box.
And Jibba, I'm a dick because I'm calling ChronoDrifter out after not hearing from him for more than a week (9 days actually) after I paid? Give me a fucking break. If you are going to take that long to send out an item to someone, a simple courtesy email would be appropriate. Holidays or not. That's all I ask of here. x_x

This is the holidays, you can't expect people to be home to even check there e-mail. in fact from the 23rd to the 3rd of jan, I dont expect to get much of anything done, due to visiting families and etc. Now if a couple-3 weeks had gone by then I might get a little worried, but soemtimes I think people think that selling on message boards is liek buying form companies like amazon etc, well its never gonna be fast, there may be delays, and it requires a little patience. A persons reputation only gets ruined once, and can take along time to repair, so please everyone think about it before you post something, even contact a mod first.

Please explain. I'm dying to know how I'm in the wrong here.
I don't see why this thread needs to continue, you were successful in calling him out for whatever reason, and he gave you a refund, this was a bad deal, I don't know who was really in the right becasue I was not there, but you've made your point.
Although you feel the need to defend yourself, I don't think this is going to end good for you either way, got your $$ back, just let it slide right off the table.
For me a week is a little long, but its the holidays, but I've been burned before, timing is everything, buying items on a sunday or monday is best I think, gives them the whole week to get it out.
I wish you both luck on your next deals, I'm sure there are no hard feelings now, and not that my opinion matters, I think everyone else should stay out of this conversation, it's going to get headed right for the flamewar.

Yeah... I saw the first post last night and was waiting for things to possibly go nuclear. For the sake of sanity, I'm locking this thread now.
