Is this really a variant to the Pac-Man games for the NES, or is this just a variant of the licenced and unlicenced carts?

There are two different Tengen Unlicensed boxes (Not including seal variations) I pulled two pics off of google really quick.

As to which is harder to find, I'm not sure. From personal experience, I have seen the version in the auction less frequently than the other version.

Identical; although I don't know about the poster or instruction booklet. I would asume they are as well, but I've certainly been wrong before.
