my apologies for the excessive playstation questioning...im realphabetizing as id let that go for far too long and have noticed a lot of stuff at once...

i found this game new and saw it is spelled with two 'N's on one end only. are they all this way? i can't imagine this game got reprinted too often, but i was just wondering, as my ps1 collection is growing rapidly and id like to keep up on variants.

also, is there a list of all of the 'double-wide' games? i was just curious of how many came in the dual case. seems i find a new one i wasn't aware of about every week!

Wow! That's pretty observant of you! That's the way my copy of N.Gen Racing is spelled, with double N's on the spine, and I never noticed it before.

It's fairly common to find typos on PSX games. Gundam became Gundum, the N-Gen with the double Ns, The various odd typo issues with the FF7 and Sheep game, etc.

However, those of us that need to keep track of this stuff appreciate when other people notice, becasue we may have missed that tree while covering the whole forest.

Also, give m etill tonight when i get home and situated and I should be able to get you a list....though truth be told...I think we already compiled a list...do a forum seach for "double jewel cases"

I've got no clue as to a general typo for all the games... its one I dont have yet myself. I'll note it on the PS excel file.

I never mind finding out more stuff that might have been missed. If your not sure or feel like its a bother posting it in here, go ahead and post it in the Collectors Guide/Rarity Database forum. This stuff is totally perfect there (but it does get more exposure in here so its not bad if its posted in here and its a question as to are all copies missing this or that).

Thanks!!!!

i had seen several typos on some 'gamerave' site ;) but didnt recall having seen the double "N" typo.

i was more concerned with bothering you playstation guys with a ton of questions that have been already asked or stuff everyone already knows about. ive done searches for the questions and havent found any reference to them, so i figured id ask the general populace. i appreciate the quick replies!

i cant imagine ill find more undocumented playstation anomolies, but ill keep my eyes open. my playstation collection has about doubled in the last year due to the ease and cheapness of games these days.

There are 2 Command and Conquer games for the PS. Red Alert and Retalliation both got the double Jewel treatment Your right about the fishing game, I just don't remember which one it was off the top of my head.

It is all about Reel Fishing 2. So many drunken parties...

(btw, I think Reel Fishing 2 used a dual case).

That double jewel-case list is missing Vandal Hearts and Suikoden. Both single-disc games in double cases.

Bass Rise and Reel Fishing II are both double cases as well.

Skeleton Warriors wasn't a double case-it was longbox first, then converted to a single case laster on.
