Can you transfer XBL content from one system to another?

My brother-in-law wants to get more Karaoke Revolution Party songs from XBL but doesn't want to sign up. My account can be reactivated and since I have my Xbox connected to my home network it'd be no big deal to download the content myself.

However....

We usually bust-a-lyric at his place (mainly because I have cats and he's allergic to 'em) so I'm wondering: can Karaoke Revolution Party files be transferred from one Xbox to another, providing the content can fit onto a memory card?

Nope. I believe only if the systems are modded can you do that.

Thanks for the link. Kinda answers my question: outta the box it's "no" unless I wanna rip the system apart. It's not my system so that ain't happenin'.
