Quebec has a new instant lottery

here is a new instant lottery up here in Quebec Canada. It's pretty cool, my girlfriend already won on it.

Oregon had a Tetris-themed lottery ticket for a while too. It was one of the games in their 'Click and Play' series, so what you scratched off was actually a code which you entered into a program that you downloaded from the lottery's website. You then played Tetris! When the game was over, you'd be told if the ticket was a winner, and if so, how much. How well you played the game had no effect on winning a prize -- the results were random. Non-winning tickets could be registered with the lottery for a chance to win one of 5 Tetris arcade machines, if I remember correctly.

The tickets looked like this (notice the logos are the same):
