So, I go to a crappy game store called player's choice video games somewhere near winston, nc. I've been there a few times and the times before this time also sucked. I've been looking for an intellivision and some games for some time. I asked the guy in there and he said someone just brought some in. So I took a gander.

Turbo
Donkey Kong Jr.
Night Stalker X2
Star Strike X2
Mission-X X2
Space Spartans
Space Battle X2
Lock 'n' Chase
SafeCracker
Blocade Runner
Triple Action
Bomb Squad
Chip Shot Super Pro Golf
B-17 Bomber
Swords & Serpents
Astrosmash
Tron Maze-A-Tron
Atlantis X2
Utopia
Vectron
Nova Blast
Space Hawk
Sub Hunt
Armor Battle
Tron Deadly Discs
Beauty and the Beast
Demon Attack
Sea Battle
Checkers
Major Leauge Baseball
Advanced Dungeons and Dragons
Pitfall!
And a Intellivision 2 in good condition.

All of the games were complete except for turbo and donkey kong, which only came with the game itself. The golf game and one other game didn't have their controller overlay things.

The guy wanted 50.00 for the system and 3.00 for each game. Because of my superior negotiating skills, I managed to get him down to $110. So, I acted like I was uninterested in the intellivision and was going to walk away from the sale. I mentioned something to him about $100 and he agreed. I think he peed his pants a little.

Anyway, what do you think of this deal? Was it worth $100?
Do you think I should take the games back and kick his ass?

it's worth it if it's for your collection. i don't think that it would sell for that much more if you're planning on selling them on ebay, etc because i've bought many lots of the same quality and size for about the same price.

Turbo
SafeCracker
Blocade Runner
Chip Shot Super Pro Golf

Without those games, you would gotten an average deal. But, with those games in the lot, you definitely got a really good deal. I'd say the price of those four alone would cost $40.

I think you lucked out and got a decent deal without knowing it. Turbo is worth $35 alone (http://www.digitpress.com/DP/cmf/game.cmf?gameid=8748) according to the guide. Normally INTV games go for about 2-3 each for complete copies.

Look at it this way, you've got a nice start on your INTV collection now by getting some harder to find games out of the way.

It's good deal if they're for sale or for your collection.

It's a great deal if it's so you can play them.

I think you got a good deal especially since the games were complete.
