View Full Version : question about the upcoming GC naruto title

is this going to be a translation of the first japanese naruto title for gamecube or are they going to just start here in the US with one of the more recent naruto releases?
anyone else plan to pick this up? i cant wait as ive heard really great things about the naruto GC games and i think it would be a good fighting game for me and my girlfriend to play together because of the simple button layout, only 2 buttons for all the moves.

Its a tanslation of the first Naruto game.
I doubt I'll get it since I already imported the third game.

Yeah, the naruto games are pretty fun. The first one's cast is pretty weak, but the gameplay was pretty simple goodness. The second one added in a crapload of characters, a 4 player mode, and the 3rd added more characters and refined the gameplay mechanics. God only knows what the 4th did, though, I've heard from a few people that it felt like kind of a step back.

heres to hoping at some point we get the 2nd and 3rd games in the US as well.

I'm sure we will when the anime in the US catches up to the games.
I'm also looking forward to Naruto: Clash of Ninja. :-P

The second one is on the NP release list, so we'll most likely be getting it. Anyone besides me think this may have a small print run?

I would think that the first game would have a hearty print run but the others would probably have less becuase they would be released later in the GC's life.
That being said, I am waiting for it... :D
