I've got a Quartet I'm fixing up, and while I'm working on it, I'd like to put in some 8-way Ball Joysticks to match the player color (Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow). Obviously red isn't an issue, but I can't seem to find joysticks of any other color.

Does anyone know where I can aquire some tasty colored balls for my joysticks? Brokeback Arcade indeed. Alternatively, if you have some for sale, please feel free to contact me!

Additionally, the marquee in my ST-V cabinet (Die Hard Arcade) frankly, sucks. I want to change it out with a custom marquee. Does anyone have any recommendations on where I can purchase one? Alternatively, is anyone already using a nice custom one and would be willing to share information on how/where you did it?

Thanks to all the experts in arcade alley!

Purchasing one: what did you have in mind? Something fairly generic, a custom one, or just a different Sega game?

Best bet would be to make your own if you want something really customized. You could print it on paper and sandwich it between two thin plexi pieces, or have it professionally printed on vinyl or silkscreened on plexi. Even the cheap paper version would involve taking it somewhere to print, unless you've got access to a large format printer, or don't mind splicing smaller pieces together.

Personally, I'd leave it with the DHA marquee or just swap out another official game marquee in its place, but I tend to prefer stock stuff over custom stuff when it comes to these kinds of things. :)

I've seen a slick ST-V with a Radiant Silvergun marquee in it (I think in the room of dooms here, but I can't find it) which is what I'd really like in there, but it has to have been custom made since an official one never came out.

As for slikstik, it looks like they just sell custom (and stock) Happ parts. I did see their LED Ball Sticks so I may just email them to see if I can get it non-"blinged" in the colors I'm after.
