If you see someone selling discs of ROMs or pirated games do you ever report them to Ebay?

It's just that I see so many listings of 'backup' Xbox games and 'Every Master System game ever!' that I wonder if anyone is policing it anymore. Ebay could employ someone full-time to just pore over listings and pull any obviously dodgy ones.

Now I know people will always download games and pirate things for their own use but it bugs me when they try and profit from it too so occaisionally I'll report them - especially if they're trying to pass off their items as being genuine.

(If someone's done this thread already - can someone point me in the right direction)

I've tried and tried again but it seems eBay hides those report links on purpose. I can rarely find them, and I often just give up.

I bookmarked them also.
And yes, I do.

I believe they do hide them the way some online companies like Amazon hide their phone numbers.

Ebay can't appear to condone piracy, but at the same time they profit from these auctions so why would they be highly motivated to stop them?

No. It's none of my business.

I'm pretty sure that what you're talking about are CDs filled with public domain recordings or music. That's legal. Shady, but legal. I've seen lots of sellers do this over the years.
