I think it may have something to do with a recent session with a guy I go to school with who is a cheap-playing, sore-winning asshat. And yeah...I definitely didn't mean to imply that anyone from DP contributed at all to my disinterest, since that definitely isn't the case. I go through gaming phases all the time, really. I'll definitely come around again at some point. It makes me wonder, though, what (if any) game could/will replace DOA4 as the 'weekend game of choice', as it were. What do you guys think?

Looking at the games being released in the next 4 months i dont see any that could do better. The great thing about DOA4 online is that we can dick around while were waiting to play plus its lots of fun to watch aswell.

Plus it's fast and it's got a good lobby system. If only Fight Night had a simliar system and was as fast to play.

True. The first 'possible replacement' that comes to mind for me is Halo 3, but I have to think that there might be something else sooner. For me personally, Burnout Revenge is a definite contender. Maybe Ghost Recon. Oblivion would be up there if there was any sort of online co-op, but I'm pretty sure there isn't. I guess we'll have to wait and see. :)

A few minor things that make things more steamlined and thare seems to be less lag. No balence fix tough.
