I don't mean to be annoying (even though I am a pain), but... the game is rare? It was so damn common down here (Mexico) that I thought otherwise.
Then again, I'm talking of a totally different country.

Here's (http://cgi.ebay.com/International-Superstar-Soccer-Deluxe-US-SNES-Version_W0QQitemZ8249915782QQcategoryZ62053QQssPag eNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) a link to make it a bit easier.
BTW, do you have a better pic where you can see the label?

Strange that there isn't even a US version listed in the guide?

Games released in Mexico and Latin America use the same packaging as the US versions. That includes ESRB ratings.
The boxes also said "For sale, use and rental in USA, Mexico and Latin America". There's no reason for this to be rare, at least not in the language sense. Maybe because of the amount of carts made, but the game and packaging is usually in English either way. I saw this game, Chavez, Chavez II and Vortex with English packaging for years at my local rental place.
The differences between US and Latin America releases are usually:
A) Spanish language option (mostly on PC games, which usually get translated in Spain, not in Latin America)
B) English+Spanish/English+Spanish+Portuguese language packaging and/or manuals (ever seen Canadian DVD releases? Pretty much the same here.).
Back in those days the import companies could get away with sticking very sparse instructions on the game. Nowadays it's not so simple... I guess due to NAFTA or somesuch.
Edit:
Also, goddamn, if this game is really that rare, I should look for the copies available in my hometown. I'll be keeping an eye on this game, and try to ask around town and see if anyone owns a complete copy so I can check out the release details.

Kitsune Sniper, can you obtain me a copy of the original International Superstar Soccer for SNES? I need that one pretty badly, just need to make sure it is not bootleg, and it has the E rating.
This game is not seen often in the USA, and the manual and warrnaty info all points to Konami in the USA. If this is not rare, than neither is Chavez 2.
I just want a copy of the original ISS for SNES ;)

I'm starting to understand you, man. As I said, both games aren't rare -in my opinion-... but yeah, I'm REALLY surprised there's not many people who own the game. Totally boggles the mind.

Hey man, just wanted to let you know that your auction has a small error - the description says that it will cost $5 to ship the item, whereas the shipping info says that it costs $10 to ship.
Just a heads up!

Can you post a clear picture of the back of the cart? I'd like to compare it with the one I got from Brazil.
