Hey, does anyone know of an online store in which I can get the soundtrack to Final Fantasy VII at the cheapest price possible? Also, do any of you guys have any cool Final Fantasy VII collectibles that you own that I should consider getting? Like action figures, posters, plush toys, etc...

agreed on the ebay thing as far as soundtracks go. the only other memorabilia i'd suggest is the awesome banpresto '97 FFVII chocobo plush set (a black one, yellow one, blue one, green one, gold one, and the fat one). it was pretty expensive to get them shipped over from japan back when the game came out. they're also for sale, if anyone is interested!

Might want to watch for bootleg soundtracks on ebay:

blackpanther: Hmm...Those figures are very cool. I might consider buying some of those...

ynqmadlib: Ebay does have the soundtracks for cheap. I'll probably get it off of there. I'd be interested in those plush chocobos...

Kaine23: Bootlegs are temping, but I'd also like the soundtracks in the original box they come with.

I highly recommend you DON'T buy one of those cheap bootleg soundtracks on eBay. It's a complete waste of money. You'd be better off just downloading and burning your own CDs instead of supporting scummy pirates who are often associated with the mafia in Hong Kong and Taiwan and such. Not to mention their quality is often questionable. Some even have messed up audio. Nearly all soundtracks on eBay are bootlegs, sadly, and when there is a legit copy listed, it's not going to be anywhere near as cheap as those bootlegs. I don't know the current value of the FF7 OST, but to the best of my knowledge, it's been out of print for quite a long time and probably would cost at least $30 (if not considerably more).

aloso, i know of at least 2 or 3 different soundtracks to FF7, one 2 cd, one 3cd and i believe they made reunion tracks which was another 2 or 3cd.

the bootlegs on ebay are actually not bad, the soundtracks all come in a nice looking case and stuff, they are proffesionally made in china and stuff, just without authorization.

thats my 2 cents.

Actually, the official Final Fantasy soundtracks are available from sites like lik-sang and play-asia for under $30. I would recommend just ordering legit copies from them instead of risking (or intentionally) getting a bootleg from Ebay.

While you are waiting for your order to arrive, enjoy the mp3s from #gamemp3s and $gamemp3s-chat on Efnet! :)

I bought the FFVII Original Soundtrack from them back in 98 I believe, although right now it looks like it is out of stock.

So I guess they have recently reprinted it. Well then, anybody who wants it should snatch it up before it goes out of print again. :)

I might consider getting at lik-sang, since they're pretty trustworthy. I was looking at what they had at eBay, and they seemed to have the official ones too, but maybe they just took a picture of the box, and don't actually have it. I don't know, it's tough to trust those people.

Never mind MP3s; the soundtrack is widely available in PSF form and even MIDI.

Still, I wouldn't mind having my own copy of Reunion Tracks. It is one CD, but (aside from a selection from the soundtrack) it has three awesome orchestral tracks on it.

Even though it's not Final Fantasy VII, I got a FFVIII Tonberry Plush off of eBay. It's pretty cool. Also, I thought the idea of having a little plush toy with a knife was a good one.
