Have you ever received a pre-order bonus from Play-Asia?

I'm getting ready to pre-order Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth because I would really like to get the pre-order artbook they'll be giving out in Japan. In the past, I contacted a bunch of different online import stores asking if they give out pre-order items with purchases and I got the same answer from pretty much every store - they try, but no guarantees. Play-Asia told me the same thing, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever actually received any pre-order items from them or if my odds would be better with NCS.

I tried to get the japanese pac pix stylus from play asia when i bought the game. They said that there was no gurantee even if i preordered. So i went with NCSX as they had them in stock & with the stylus.
