I recently played Blackthorne for the 32X.Awesome game. Blizzard just cant seem to get it wrong :) It has sharp graphics, with fake polygonal character models. I also know there's a SNES version, but it has more cartoon-like graphics.
I recently heard of a GBA version. Does anyone know what version's graphics it got? Im pretty sure SNES, because of hardware similarities and the fact its a Nintendo system.
Oh, by the way im new. Check my introduction post.

I'm pretty sure it's a near-direct port of the SNES game, but this was one of the few Blizzard games that I wasn't a fan of. Well-designed, but not my forte.

now that I think of it, it was just Castlevania with a shotgun and lotsa exploration. Yet it came years before Symphony of the Night, which was the first Castlevania to really feature open-ended exploration.

The PC game is very good as well. Only later did I find out that it was released on consoles. It took special advantage of Gravis Ultrasound cards (my card of choice back in the day.)

I've played all the versions except the PC/Mac version, and I highly recommend the 32x version over all others. The asmosphere is more menacing and darker than the SNES version, and the graphics are better. The character graphics seem to be rendered and look and animate in a very cool way. The GBA game is quite good and it's obviously your best choice for mobile gaming, but I imagine it looks fairly crappy blown up on the Gamecube GBA player.
