Oh yeah, especially for $60, and you get an inconsistent laser along with it!

Technology website CNet had a chance to check out the device at last week's CES show in Las Vegas, and reports that the laser system is "very inconsistent".

Yup, you're right about that. I think I'll stick to when the Revolution comes out. At least I know I can count on Nintendo to give me quality products because I have yet to complain about what I've bought from them (Except a few crappy games that are my fault to have gotten and being warned not to get).

the ace combat flight stick is a piece of crap as well but it doesn't take away from the expierience it adds to it, i personally can't name a better flight game than the ace combat series and this would be a neat thing to try, i didn't say run out and buy it, just give it a test-try because as far as we know Nintendo will go through another "gen" without some decent flyers and this would be as close as one would get.

no offense to anyone but beating down a company for less than perfect hardware without even trying it once is a little ironic when your boating quality from the company that gave us disposable n64 controllers and blinky Nes's. killing ideas before they take off is the reason why we've gone 20 years before innovation catches up. i'm not crusading for this company, i'm just saying give them a chance to fail before you blast them for a less than perfect prototype
