sounds like you might have gotten hosed, but, who knows. I'd first pull up the registrar info on the whois and try and contact the person if the emails aren't working. Just a suggestion but it might help for getting your games. Also, if you paid via CC you could always do a chargeback with your CC company. I'd make sure to save that one for a last resort of course.
