There doesn't seem to be much information about MK: The live Tour on the net, so I was wondering if anyone here saw it in person, and could share a report as to what it was like.
How long were the shows?
what characters did they feature?
was there a story?
were there fatalities?
Please answer those questions if you can, and answer some of your own if you so desire! ;)

Are you sure you are not talking aboutthe ROAD SHOW for Mk4 back in 1997?

prolly shut down.
Don't get me wrong I'll back back run block fatality as much as the next guy, but that doesn't mean everyone would.

I'd imagine it was much like the TMNT live shows........Liu Kang and Johnny Cage defeat Scorpion and Sub Zero, then they break into a song featuring the following key words: "buddies, courage, victory, and fun".
haha, I gotta see this on tape.
Not live, wouldn't be caught DEAD there.

Hey man, if the tour was still on and give me a means for me to see Kerri Hoskins wear her Sonya costume from MK3 in person, I wouldn't hesitate to buy tickets!

Are there songs from "Mortal Kombat: The Album" or is it just cosplay karate with MK characters?

I dunno (that's why I started this topic), but I'd rather listen to music from the soundtrack to the (1st) Mortal Kombat movie:
Gravity Kills
Type O Negative
Fear Factory
Napalm Death
Sister Machine Gun
Bile
KMFDM

There is nothing wrong with the "MK:the album" CD.
The lyrics are cheezy as hell but the background music is great.
But then again i am partial because i like the Lords of Acid and part of The Immortals is a guy from The Lords. :)
