PSO Ep. 4 Blue Burst... available?

I remember reading about this once, but I never saw much else on it, and most game sites are blocked at work hehe.

Is it out? If not, when? I've never seen it in a store, is it available through ordering only? Or downloading?

I don't know if its episode 4 but yes Blue Burst is out for PC. Its been out since like July of 05.
