About 5 months ago I made a torrent for the Secret Video Game Tricks, Codes and Strategies VHS, and I finally got around to capturing another one. I have created another torrent for this, and it is available here (http://thepiratebay.org/details.php?id=3431922)

This one is a promotional video sent out by Nintendo Power to give a sneak peak of Diddy Kong Racing, and it is presented in a 'wacky' newscast format. It's kinda entertaining, and not too long. It's just under 60 megs in size, and just under 9 minutes long. This is a divx .avi file.

Hopefully I can be connected to, it's the best I can do.

As for the other torrent I made for the oh so laughable Secret Video Game Tricks, it is still available from me here (http://thepiratebay.org/details.php?id=3368761) as well.

I have a few other videos to capture still, but hopefully the next one won't take me five months to capture as well. 8-)

Oh and if you download it, please at least seed it 1:1 ratio.

Cool. I'm going to be ripping a TG-16 promo VHS that I just found recently. I'll post the torrent when I get to it.

Dumb question: I have a bunch of promo videos as well, what equipment would I need to rip them?

<-- complete dumbass when it comes to technical stuff

I just have a media center PC so I hooked my VHS player into one of the composite video inputs and did it that way. You'd need some sort of video in card on your PC to do it most likely.

Sometime during the night (or day) my torrent client closed, so I wasn't seeding, but I am back up now so feel free to download it.

That is a very strange promo movie.

it was very strange, but entertaining, i did really like that montage of "coming soon" clips at the end.

I recently burned some promotional videos on DVD that I have not seen before. In addition to the DKR one, I burned the N64 promo video, Starfox 64 video, and DK64/Jet Force Gemini video. They get progressively more corney. They play on a normal DVD player. How do I rip them into a normal format? I have to do it on another PC because mine does not read the format they are burned on.
