is it worth anything ? It shows a 3 in the rarity but I'm not sure if there as actually any interest in it. I got it when I bought my DC a few years back but obviously it's not of any use for me.

I've seen it a few times myself in the wild. If the guide states it as a 3 then, it is a very common thing and not highly valuable.

If we're talking Dreamcast, I have no clue why that's a three. It isn't as common as the first web browswer disk, but it's still overwhelmingly common.

2.0 is quite common. 3.0 is tough to find or at least it was back a few years ago.
Worth a buck or 2. I woun't pay anymore. Thats what I got mine for sealed.
