I like him in RE4, myself.

Hmm, kind of a toss up between Leon and Chris. I always used to play RE2 as Claire, but now the outfit strikes me as pretty ridiculous (but next time I play RE2, I'll probably play her...again).

Believe it or not, I like Rebecca from REmake a lot, even if she gets weepy for a while.

Other than that...all the bad guys from RE4 were awesome, particularly Salazar ("Terrorism...such a popular word these days!") and Chief Mendez ("Great...the Big Cheese").

Jack Krauser is fun to play as (of course, so are all the other characters in RE4's Mercenaries).

Also a shout out to the monsters, particularly the Elder Crimson Head from REmake. Not a very tough fight, but he needs some love, heh.

But let's not speak of the characters from Code Veronica... :S

The Lake Monster in RE4 made a real impression on me. That is probably my favorite boss fight of all time.

He only has his machine gun and a few grenades. Hard to do combos (multikills) with his gun.

I'd also have to say Hunk and basically for the same reason. He was a really cool playable character in the RE 2 "Fourth Survivor" game as well. I really think Capcom could expand on this character in future installments of the series.
