The 'other' arcade?

While searching eBay I continually run across miniature dollhouse parts and postcards that are labeled "arcade". What does that mean? I searched Google, Wikipedia, and the other usual haunts and couldn't really find out what that means!

When doing the arcade search on ebay, I tend to add "-card*" to the end of the search string. These things are everywhere.
