1/2 off Clearance Sale at Borders

As the topic says. Stopped up there yesterday and saw all of their games on a rack with a 50% off clearance sign. Each title also had a 50% off sticker on it. There were quite a few titles for GBA, PS2, Xbox, and Cube. YMMV, of course.

Looks like most of the games are titles released in 2004 through early/mid 2005. Some of the titles I saw included:

Gran Turismo 4
Tekken 5
Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town
Starfox Assault
Hot Shots Golf Fore!
Pokemon Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald
Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition

and pretty much all of the PSP launch titles.

Just about all of the games were at the original retail price, so it's not a tremendous deal, but worth looking into.

I have two borders stores and neither sell video games.

I think it was a failed expreiment at certain stores, and I guess not many people knew they sold games either-hence the clearance.
