First off, I have lots of feedback here, and you can check it out here (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=48855).

I want to buy an official working NES a/v cable. Looking to pay around $4-5 shipped. PM me if you have one to sell. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure I have an extra Maximo manual somewhere. I'll dig around for it and if I can find it, I'll PM you.

If it's for the toaster, any, ANY common RCA AV cable will do it. You might even find a gold coated terminal cable for what you are offering at Radio Shack. I didn't know there was such a thing as "Official" AV Cable for the Toaster anyway :P

As for the Toploader then I might be wrong because I don't know a bit about it. So if this is the case just ignore my comment LOL

You can use any regular A/V cable. You can even use a red/white audio cable if you can find one.

As for official, I have one and it looks just like anything you could buy at Radio Shack. There is no A/V for the toploader, it supports RF only (although I think you can mod it).

i believe there isnt really official nes a/v cables some systems did originally come with them but they werent marked nintendo or anything so there is really no way to tell. id go with gold plated from radio shack they work great. top loader yeah does need a mod i have a friend who does them i believe he charges 50 + shipping not really worth it if you ask me

The original cable that came with the NES is different in the fact that it is a composite/mono audio cable that’s yellow and red. Most mono A/V cables and inputs are yellow for video and white for audio. The NES is different in the fact that it’s output terminals are yellow and red and the included cable reflects that. It’s nothing rare but it is a strange fact.

If you don't mind spending $10.00, Radio Shack has a nice one that splits the audio for you. 6 feet long too! The connectors are yellow and then they split into the two colors.

If your Radio Shack doesn't have it, I can check mine if you're interested. They're the best ones I can recommend!
