I just got my GP2X but I have no SD card for it... I have a PSP memory stick made by Sony in my PSP that I could use, but would that work? Keep in mind I have game saves on it that I don't want lost, so what should I do?

Well if it is SD memory then you have to use SD.

I don't know the technicaity of it all, I just know the GP2X uses the same shaped cards as the PSP does.

No. While they do look a lot alike, the PSP uses Memory Stick (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory_Stick), not SD cards. You will need to get/buy a new card. Here's a list of compatible cards (http://wiki.gp2x.org/wiki/SD_card_compatibility).

I use the 1 GB Kingston, myself. Got it off Newegg.com for less than $60, shipping and all.

Ahh, cool, I'm not good with this.

Do you happen to know what size I should get if I'm wanting maybe just SNES and Genesis stuff on there? I don't really want to pay for 1 GB, would a 256MB work well enough?
