According to a rumour floating around SEGA maybe working on a Rev exclusive Sonic game. While i think that's a cool idea i really have no idea how you'd utilize the Rev controller, bit Team Sonic's come up with some crazy idea's before to who knows.

Yeah I just read this over at IGN and I think its the real deal.

Sega and Nintendo have been working together more and more within the last 3 years so this shouldnt be surprising.

With the possibility of Yuji Naka and a competent dev team working on a custom Sonic game designed SPECIFICALLY FOR THE REVOLUTION it could turn out to be a AAA exclusive big score for Nintendo IF it all works out.

Its interesting that both Nintendo and Microsoft seem to be acqiuring more true exclusives than Sony thus far for their next gen systems with both Resident Evil and Devil May Cry being brought over to the 360 and even Capcom stating that "their most likely will be a Resident Evil in the Revolutions future" Im thinking that Sony is starting to look like the aging and content king about to be taken unaware of a new upstart eying his kingdom since MGS is so far the only BIG AAA 3rd party title announced for the PS3 that wont be on the other 2 next-gen consoles (or will it?)

Well the 360 is comparable in power and has live so it's pretty clear why it's getting the Multi-treatment but i think the Rev support will be based entirely on the first 6 months. If it takes off and Remote gets properly used then i wouldn't be suprised to see it get lots of support.

If we keep up thi multi trend we're going to enter a very interesting time where system's extra features will determine if it sells.

OHMYGODS!

I saw this earlier today, and of course, my pants immediately left my body in a sprint of happiness. Granted, this is just a rumor, and I really can't think of a way that Naka will use to make this work on the Rev, but I don't care, I want more Sonic damnit.
