in case ya didn't know dept:
many PAL DC games WILL run on a NON-modified u.s. dreamcast, if you have the proper boot disc. a lot of these games have 60hz NTSC options included, and a few were never released for the system here (which is important if you're don't own a PS2 or Xbox yet, and don't plan to buy one for whatever odd reason). for example:
shenmue II (ported to the xbox- control is better on dc version)
rez (ported to the ps2)
stunt gp (ditto)
headhunter (ditto)
evil twin
and they come in those funky, hard-to-replace-yet-cool double cases to boot!
also, some u.s. games are also PAL formatted- when you pop nightmare creatures 2 into your DC, you can see an option screen that asks which mode you'd like to select (it's impossible to pick the PAL mode for the u.s. system, though). i'm planning to add some more titles to my collectionany UK gamers care to add games to this list?
