So i was in a pawn shop today and I found two massystems super nova arcade sticks. I was curious so I looked at them and it looked like they had the wires coming out to plug into a PC. I looked online and it looks like there is a box that those plug into and a harness comes out of. There were also thin wires on top of one of the controllers. What are those?
So my questions are:
How hard is it to obtain that box sepertly?
Is there anything missing besides the box?
Are these good for a first time supergun owner?
How much you think they are worth?
Any other advice?
etc. If someone could fill me in on those that would be great.
My AIM is praisetheschwein if it makes things easier.
Thanks
Darren

Unfortunately the "box" is the majority of the unit. I can't imagine finding just the box without the sticks, but you never know. It's like you found a set of tires for a Porsche, and now you're looking for a Porsche without any tires.
The last couple of Supernova systems I've seen on eBay have gone for around $300.

maybe the box was there and I just didnt see. You can buy a super nove still from masssytems. I was hoping to get em for like $20 though since the guy thought they were just controllers. I'll have to go back and look.
Thanks for the info though

If you have any (even a little) electronics experience, it's not that tough to wire up superguns. You can buy one and then just wire up a connector for those sticks.

If you're interested I have a supernova unit(the actual box only) without the sticks for sale.
I purchased it for $300 NEW a little less than a year ago. I'd be willing to let it go for much lower than that.
