Hey guys,
I just read IGNs review of this upcoming game http://ds.ign.com/articles/682/682539p1.html (it got a 8/10)
Is anyone else planning on getting this? I really enjoyed Hot Shots Golf on PSP so it's natural for me to want this one as well I guess. :-D :-D

Gamespot gave it a 6.0: Here (http://www.gamespot.com/ds/sports/touchgolf/review.html?sid=6142778)
It looks like crap to me.

Damn. That IGN review sounded mostly positive. :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: I'm still interested (I'm an avid golfer) but I'm thinking of maybe waiting for a cheaper price. :frustrated: :frustrated:

I just don't understand why Nintendo keeps relying on these guys to make golf games when they obviously aren't that talented at it. I mean Wailae golf for N64 was one of the worst golf games I've played and they don't have much track record beyond that. I do have interest in this though, I see potential control problems however.
I really wish they'd stick with Mario Golf's hitting formula, it's golden, Hot Shots Golf proves that.

It looked like a good game. The presentation seemed a little dry, but most golf games are. The control is the thing that matters, and since it's been a million years since Leaderboard Golf set the standard, I'm ready for a new, more precise control scheme. If it handles well, then I'll pick up a copy.

Never played the 64 games, but I really enjoyed their golf game on the Virtual Boy.
