It's already out for the Xbox. It came out the same time as the regular release.

I'm fed up with the game LOL
The game really feels like a complete rehash (not unheard of for EA) the game has parts that are actually in the first Need for Speed Underground. I was customizing my Mustang and I saw an exact same spoiler that I had on a car in the first game. The cop chases are really the best part, but nothing else truly sticks out that makes this game better than the previous games in the series. It is a decent game but I think the Need for Speed series needs a rehaul.

Well to answer your question I would assume that you are a Pal Gamer by your location so the answer is NO there is not a black edition for the Xbox in Pal territories, at least that is what i have been lead to believe!
Bloody EA!!!!!!!

Thanks for the info guys, i was alittle worried (LOL) that the black edition was just for the ps2?, It always makes me wonder why they even release 2 versions of a new title?
I mean imagine all the people that scoop up the first game. Then not to long after, there's a better version of the same game more cars/tracks etc? O_O
It's a developer thing they get the early version out, then when it's polished they hit us with the "special/black edition" damn video game companies and there profit margins! @_@ LOL

Im sad that the 360 version doesn't have that content available for download since there isn't a black edition.
I really wanted to race with that SS Camaro. :-P

Nah man, yr missing the point. They offer two different versions at title launch, one is ten dollars more, and has a bullshit amount of extra content. It's not an afterwards thing at all. It's total bullshit, at that.
