Street Fighter Interactive Movie for PS1?

I was browsing some of the completed PS1 auctions on Ebay and I came across this one for a interactive Street Fighter movie for PS1:

Never heard of it before and I can't find much info about it online. Looks like you interact with clips from the animated movie and engage in traditional SF-style fights in certain scenes. Looks pretty interesting. Anyone know anything about it? Is it worth playing?

I remember seeing a few articles for this game in EGM back in the day. I wish I knew more on this title as well.

I have heard it is sub par, there are some reviews at gamefaqs.com about it. It is a sweet collectors item though, might be worth picking up if you could get it cheap.
