Atari Force comic books

So do any of the people here collect the old Atari Force comic books?

NOT the ones that Atari packed in with games like Swordquest, Yars Revenge, and Berzerk.... The actual comic book from DC that was printed in the mid-80's?

Yeah, I always wanted to kind of get into those things. One of the stores that I went to had all of them, including singles, doubles; triples, even!! I did'nt pick any of them up, nor am I kicking myself for it...

I've gotten some of these in grab bags over the years. I was never quite sure what the comic had to do with the actual Atari system...?

I'm pretty sure I have some of them, if not all of them. I forget how I got them...might have been in a lot with some other stuff. I know I actively seeked out comic stores for them back in the late 90s but came up dry. However, I know I never searched online for them. So, maybe they just appeared one day. Anyway, how many were there? 4? 8?

I quit collecting after 'Babe's Story' (I don't remember what issue that was, the ones I had are in comic book heaven, now :) )

That issue pretty much ruined the whole comic for me. That and the fact that the whole series had nothing to do with any Atari games. Except for the fact the characters were mostly named after certian games. Tempest, being the only one I remember off-hand.
