Hey, I just got my DS, and bought Retro Arari for the DS mainly because of WARLORDS. But am I too dumb or does this warlords only have one level on it???? I beat the first level in a couple minutes, then it says GAME OVER. If I press start again it starts on level 1 again. What the hell is going on, how do I get to play the next levels?? This cantbe it, right?
I also got Warlords for the GBA, and while it does have progressive levels, the game is pretty SLOW.
Anyway I must say this Retro Atari package is thus far pretty dissapointing. Tempest doesnt even seem playable without using the touch pad, and who wants to use that?
I should have read reviews on this one, I blew it.
But if anyone can tell what I should be doing or which button or part of the screen I need to press to just keep WARLORDS playing after I beat the first screen, it will be much appreciated.
Thanks

I just tried it and got the same results as you. It doesn't look like there are any other levels.

Did you happen to get a higher score than the other 3 opponents? Maybe that would help if you got the highest score...

Some port well, (Missile Command, Asteroids). Pong has no wireless support! Boo! Hiss!

I remember hearing that this game sucked big time...hey, just think of it as an addition to your collection.

Yeah this game has to be the worst classic collection port ever. Sure Astroids is pretty cool, Missle command, Gravitar and Lunar Lander are good, and I even give you Break Out and Pong as being fair, BUT Tempest is totally unplayable. I dont even know how that game got out of Beta testing. And the whole point of my post was to really see if Warlords was really as bad as it seemed or was it just I was too dumb to figure out how to play it correctly. But no, it is confirmed that it has no progressive levels and thus A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!
Im just in complete shock as to how this was let go on the market, the 2600 Pac-Man was less of a dissapointment than this garbage.
