There is such a thing as registered mail... However, if you're just shipping a couple or three cheap (under $20 each) games internationally, I would just ship them airmail, as registration often costs more than actual postage (I think the post office charges $8 and some change to register an international package). Also available is something called Global Express Mail Guaranteed, where the international party is practically guaranteed to get the package within about 3-5 days, and the package is tracked. However, I sent one package to Australia via that method (approximately 8 pounds), and it nearly cost me $55.
