I just got this game and I have to say it is awesome. It is so reminicent of RC Pro Am since it also has weapons and you are able to soup up your car as well. Some courses get pretty challenging. I recommend it if you like RC Pro Am.
Yeah this is a great great game. I am always recommending it to peeps who like any sort of racing game. There is a DS version in the works which I cannot wait for. Hopefully some wi-fi will be included!

Where'd you hear about the DS version? I'd be really interested in that. The GBA game was brilliant - I bought it after reading a review in the last ever Advance magazine which raved about it. They were spot on! Love this game! :)

I was following this one well before it was out, and I've had my copy for a while now. It's a lot of fun, and it's kinda disappointing that folks are overlooking it since most racing games on the GBA aren't that great.

Awesome!! The one thing I thought was really cool was the way the pole position was set up where you have to have the fastest reaction time before the race while its loading. The first couple tracks I was always 8th place because I didn't know I was supposed to do anything. LOL

I bought it when it was still $29.99 after reading a lot of good stuff about it. I like it, but I kinda wish I had waited until it hit $20. The pole position setup is pretty cool and it has the coolest box I've seen on any GBA game. It's nice to see there's a sequel on the way and hopefully the DS version will be one of the best racers available on the system.

My favorite part of this game is the shortcuts, you have to be pretty spot on with them which I love.

I'm thinking of picking this up but have one question. Have any of you that have it, played it through the Gamecube with the Gameboy Player? Just wondering if it's any good doing it that way.

I played through the whole game on the Game Boy Player and loved every minute of it. This game has a very oldschool 16-bit feel to it. Big screen, little screen... it's all good. :)
