I'm guessing you tried the usual suspects already: Mouser, Digikey, Allied, and Newark?
I wish I could help you, but I think I only have 1 or 2 left. I do have tubes of 27c512's from when I was making 2600 carts but 4096's were always a little too pricey to stock up on.

O_O 100 of them!?! I assume you're wanting to de-suicide your board? Why not just erase and reburn the ones that are already there? I still don't know why you need 100 though... there's not THAT many ROMs per board (unless you have a TON of boards :P ).

never mind..iam just gonna buy a eprom eraser..and erase em( i found out the chip's are about 7$ a pop @_@ ...i was hoping it would be cheaper to go this route..buying the chip's instead of a eprom eraser :embarrassed: )
yes i have over 15 cps2 game's..and a few double's ;)
