How rare is it? I've read an article that says there is only 1 known board. Is that just 1 known board made for a certain region or 1 period?

If you're looking at the VAPS.org "Rarity" given on KLOV, then don't bother with it. It means that one guy who is into the internet arcade community and wanted to deal with the trouble of registering his board with VAPS did so at least a year or so ago (if not longer at this point). Totally misleading.
