Not sure, but in my opinion you need more question marks to really "drive home" the point that this query is really, really important. Here. Borrow some of mine:

I have the pricing information.

First, take the loose price ($45, always start with the maximum)

Add on $10 because it's old...another $5 for the 10/10 condition on the cart (it's very hard to find a cart listed on eBay as "mint" when it's cartridge only, I'm glad so many sellers focus on this stuff)...and another $5 for good measure because there aren't any listed on eBay right now.

Since you have the manual you get....a...HOJILLION DOLLARS added on.

In all seriousness, it seems there wouldn't be a reason to buy this without the three audio tapes...and the kidvid controller. Good luck finding a buyer given that it's missing those.

AtariAge doesn't have a manual scan...I'm sure they'd like somebody to give them one!

Wow. At this rate, you're going to go through your weekly allotment of punctuation in a hurry! Don't fret, my friend. I have plenty to spare. Here ya go.

Don't worry. I saved plenty for my own use. However, I'd go easy on 'em. Only use 7 or 8 exclamation points or question marks per sentence. Make 'em last.

You're welcome! <--(only one exclamation point too)

P.S. Thanks for typing in all caps too. With my failing eyesight, it made it so much easier to read. Please continue to type everything in all caps and use a shitload of punctuation. We here at DP appreciate and respect your efforts.

well!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (oops, sorry! :) ) since no one will answer your question, i will, unless prices have came up on that cart in the last year, i don't think it's worth 40-45$ loose, and the manual might add a few bucks more. personally i would say 25$ for it loose w/manual. but what do i know. :)

what's up Tim, you getting old? you let Sylentwulf beat to to the punch with use the search engine! BTW i just used it here on DP, you either get no matches, 1 match (this thread) or 500! LOL. same thing for AA and ebay no matches! maybe that's why he's asking here??????? LOL (sorry once again for the ????, and !!!!!!!) :)

Rick

PS is it really that hard for any of you to answer a simple question?
 now go ahead and incendiary grenade me. (RE4 joke!) :)

*sarcasm-free post*

Seriously, without the tapes and controller, it's a conversation piece. Still pretty rare, but 100% unplayable.

$25 seems fair.

Sorry for the snarkiness...... But I haven''''''t seen such an abundance of useless extra marks since,,,,well,,,,,since this post!!!!!!!

And I also checked the DP Guide and found it was only for the loose version. Since my next suggestion would be Google and/or eBay, I figured geek would've checked those by then.

Seriously, the extra punctuation marks annoy me as much as "How much is this?" and "Did I get a good deal" threads.

I'll bow out now.

man, is it just me or are you people hard on new posters?
jeez-

anyway, i would guess that game is not in high demand. i would imagine if you got 45$ for it with a manual then you would be doing well.

im not 100% on the prices, but it has to be a pretty cold item, and maybe in the 25-50$ range with manual

I was thinking the same thing.

We might need a "how much is it worth" forum to direct these messages.

It's just that the moderators at Digital Press like the English language as it is. Would you like to see this forum become GameFAQs?

Oh yeah, and sarcasm is fun too.

About 2000 LOL

And before the usual suspects come flying in here to tell us how unfair it all is, when you do work on the site or you have something else to show for your time here, or you have at least contributed to the hobby in some way, then you get a little more leverage.

Sounds like you just want a flame users with lower posts too. I think it's ugly to troll someone over being a newer member with low posts or someone that just doesn't post often. Sometimes people are too busy to spend countless hours on here or just choose to read more often on current events that gamers chat about. In addition, this is an open forum where anyone can join and speak their voice. Don't try to silence them because you claim to be more "experienced" in these forums. Equality please.

Back to the topic, expect good money if you sell it to people who are in search of this game. If a standard collector comes across it, don't expect much. If you do put it on Ebay start it at the minium you would give it for. Doing a $9.99 starting bid would even be too low and might end around $20 if certain people find it. Remember, only bidding wars can make your item increase in price.

Huh? Didn't I just object to that?

At what point did I try to silence someone? At what point did I claim to be more experienced? What are you talking about?

I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone here on the DP. Even with my modest number of posts I have been treated well. I think that coming down on those who do not use the forums properly tends to keep them up to a higher standard than most game related forums. Researching the game first and then posting issues as far as not being able to find the game, etc... would have gone a long way towards not getting the negative responses.

In the underlined part I thought you were striking at people who haven't contributed much here with posts and ignoring what they may have done in real life to help the community. If I misinterpreted your position here, I'm sorry as well.

Ultimately I just hate how people lash back on others because of minute details, such as posts or the way they type a message. Everyone is different and you should expect it. Sure I have pet peeves on forums as well, but I don't respond with haste and anger to directly degrade them. I'll end it at this and just hope geekcomputing has received the answer to the question asked.

Mods do make mistakes. What I have noticed lately is a lot of hostile comments directed toward the mods over issues that, although the mod may be incorrect, aren't significant enough to warrant the intensity of the hostility. And *that* makes me suspect that the "mod accuser" so to speak has his or her own agenda.

So what I said was a defense of the mods and big posters and other leadership of the forum, not in any way to put down newcomers or casual browsers.
