Nintendo Revolution Day Dreaming...

we all know how the Revolution will be able to play all the old classics from NES, SNES and N64. I was thinking though wouldnt it be a great idea if Nintendo made genuine sequels to all our old favourites...

Imagine having the following games you could download for a small fee.

Super Mario Kart 2
Yoshi's Island 2
a new Super Mario for NES
Starwing 2 (they could release what they already have)
New Zelda games on NES/SNES/N64

I guess the N64 games would still cost a bit to make but surely games for NES/SNES could be made much cheaper now. I bet you Nintendo already have SNES sequels to things like Mario Kart and Zelda that were never released. They should polish them up a bit and release them for the Revo.

The only one I think might even hit is Starfox 2, but even then I doubt it. I'd like to see them do some GB games also.

It would be nice if they could talk Square into including their titles for this download feature. Didn't Square make a Super Mario RPG? I would like to play that game, but I've never seen a copy of it for a price I was willing to pay.

Add BS F-Zero 2, the GBA F-Zero that never made it out in the states, BS Zelda, and rework the Zelda 3 like BS Zelda: Kodai no Sekiban to be played at anytime and in English.

And lets not forget the real Ura Zelda, we didn't get the real thing with Master Quest.

Yeah.. forget creating new titles, all they need to do is translate all the japanese titles we didn't get :) That would be so cheap to do....
